Based on interviews with employees during the COVID-19


pandemic, this film traces the journey from vaccine


development in 2020 to the establishment of distribution


and vaccination systems in Japan. Through the challenges


unique to Japan—such as regulatory approval and


logistics—it captures the dedication of employees


working together and conveys Pfizer’s beliefs and true


character.
